Leader Rewards — Official Rules & Limitations
Hoop Leaders, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
No Purchase Necessary. Joining the Hoop Leaders community is free. There is no purchase or payment required to participate in the community or to be entered into any Leader Rewards drawing. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18 years or older at time of entry. No minors may participate. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Program Structure.

Levels (member status): Your cumulative points place you into Levels 1–9 (as published on the program page).

Prize Tiers (drawing buckets): Monthly drawings are run across Prize Tiers 1, 2, and 3. Your Level determines how many entries you receive in each Prize Tier for that month.
Promotion Periods. The program runs in monthly entry periods beginning 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on the first calendar day of each month and ending 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the last calendar day of the month. Your entries for a month are determined by your Level at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the last day of that month.
Points & Levels.

The actions and point values are listed on the program page (e.g., forum posts, comments, likes, joining a Special Interest Group, subscribing to the community newsletter).

Actions labeled one-time (e.g., newsletter subscribe, joining a group) award points only once per member.

Points persist, but will expire after 90 consecutive days of inactivity (no eligible point-earning activity posted to your account during that period).

Sponsor may adjust point values, eligible actions, or Level thresholds at any time to protect program integrity.
Monthly Entry Allocation (by Level).

Level 1: 1 entry (Tier 1)

Level 2: 2 entries (Tier 1)

Levels 3–6: 1 entry in Tier 1 and 1 entry in Tier 2

Levels 7–8: 1 entry in each of Tiers 1, 2, and 3

Level 9: 3 entries in each of Tiers 1, 2, and 3
Quality Standard & Admin Discretion (Anti-Abuse).

Only quality, on-topic posts and comments are eligible for points and entries. Content must be original, constructive, and relevant to youth basketball coaching.

Low-effort, repetitive, off-topic, promotional, plagiarized, or substantially similar content may be excluded.

Prohibited behaviors include (without limitation): self-likes, coordinated “like-rings,” spam/flooding, AI-generated content pasted without meaningful originality, bots or scripts, and alternate/multiple accounts.

Sponsor (admins/moderators) may review, revoke, adjust, or withhold points and/or entries; disqualify content or accounts; and suspend or remove members from the program and/or community for violations or suspected manipulation. Repeat abusers may be permanently removed.

Activity limits. There are no activity limits at this time. Sponsor reserves the right to establish and/or change activity limits at any time to protect fairness.
Prizes & Values.

Prize offerings rotate and may include, for example: mini agility cones, coaching whistle, clipboard, wristbands, drawstring bag, Hoop Leaders gym shirt, The Complete Coaching Planner, premium gym bag, team bundles, coach hat, and hoodie.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for each prize/month will be posted on the program page prior to each drawing. No single prize exceeds $600. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
Winner Selection, Odds & Notification.

Winners are chosen in random drawings from among all eligible entries received for the applicable monthly period and Prize Tier(s).

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

Winners will be announced within the platform and notified via the email associated with their community account within 7 days after the monthly period ends.

If a potential winner does not respond within 3 business days, is ineligible, or fails to complete required verification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Taxes. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. Because no single prize exceeds $600, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing IRS Form 1099; however, winners remain responsible for reporting prize value as required by law.
Content & License. By participating and submitting content, you represent that it is original and lawful, and you grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the community and program.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). Not offered. Participation is available through community activity only; no purchase is necessary to participate or win.
No Social Platform Sponsorship. The program is hosted within the Hoop Leaders community and is not administered by or associated with any social media platform. No social platform actions are required to participate.
General Conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries; technical errors; or platform outages. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the program, any monthly drawing, or any aspect of the points/entries system if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the program, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Release & Limitation of Liability. By participating, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Disputes. These Rules and the program are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually and by binding arbitration in Pott. County, Kansas (or, at Sponsor’s election, in small-claims court for qualifying disputes). You waive participation in a class action.
Privacy. Information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (coming soon). By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information for program administration and Hoop Leaders communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
