What is your overall mission as a youth coach?

~ To gain understanding of the way my players operate.

~ Create an environment that is enjoyable.

~ Really focus on the fundamentals and developing skill

~ Show how to implement that skill into game format

~ Then celebrate when they do it right in game because I've see that they continue to do it more and you can focus on improvement in the next step they need.
